CONFERENCE MATERIALS
Accepted materials will be published in the collection of abstracts of conference reports. If desired, the participants of the conference may submit an article for publication in Academic Journal Industrial Machine Building, Civil Engineering (included in the list of professional editions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and scientific databases of Index Copernicus and others), in English. |
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROCEDURE OF REPRESENTATION AND EXECUTION OF MATERIALS
Materials should be devoted to an actual topic, contain the results of an in-depth scientific study and be prepared in accordance with the requirements.
Materials must be submitted in electronic form in a Word 97 - 2003 file in * .doc format. The filename must be typed in Latin and must contain the surname of the first author and the date of submition the material (for example, Petrenko.doc).
The text part of the article is typed on A4 sheets in Times New Roman with font 12 pt (the title is 14 pt) through single line spacing, margins are 2.5 cm from all sides, the paragraph is 1.0 cm.
Required elements:
- UDC index;
- surname, initials (if there are several authors, each author), scientific degree, academic title, place of work, ORICD, e-mail;
- header;
- abstract (up to 100 words);
- keywords (3 - 5 terms in the nominative case);
- main text.
Surname, initials, academic degree, academic title, place of work, title, abstract, keywords are repeated in Ukrainian and English. Materials must be not more, than 3 full pages are submitted in Ukrainian or English and are printed in the original language.
Tables must be executed in Excel or Word editors without filling. Each table should be printed with the appropriate heading and numbering after the first reference to it. The width of tables must not exceed 15.5 cm.
Formulas must be executed in the Equation 3.0 formula editor using only the standard fonts (Times New Roman; Symbol). Each formula is typed as one object (full size is 12 pt).
Illustrations must be done in Word, must be grouped and represent a single graphic object. All illustrations should be submitted in black and white or in gradations of gray color. Dashed graphics, graphics, diagrams are executed in the format * .wmf or * .tiff. The illustration is given included (without OLE-connection, each illustration is one object) in the text of the article after the first link to it. Each illustration should be printed with the appropriate captioning and numbering. The width of any illustration should not exceed 15.5 cm.
References in the text are made in square brackets - [2, p. 56], where the first number means the ordinal number in the list of used sources, the second - the number of page.
The list of literature is placed at the end of the text and should be formatted in accordance with the bibliographic description standards.
The main text. Times New Roman 12 pt, alignment in width, paragraph is 1.0 cm, line spacing is 1.0.
Table 1 - Name (placed above the table, Times New Roman 12 pt, bold, centered)
Figure 1 - Name (located below the picture, Times New Roman 12 pt, bold, center alignment).
Conclusions. Scientific novelty, scientific and practical significance of research results, prospects for further scientific developments.
The literature. Times New Roman 12 pt, structure is bold italics, alignment in the center; list is the usual italics, the alignment on the width.

Statement on Publication Ethics and Publication is a peer-reviewed conference proceedings.
Thefollowing statement spells out ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing papres for CSCS-2022 proccedings (the Chief Editors, the reviewers and the authors).
DUTIES FOR EDITORS
Based on the review report, the Editors have the right to accept or reject the manuscript, or can send the same for the modification.
The Editors must ensure that each manuscript is an original work. After passing this test, manuscript is then forwarded to reviewer for blind peer-review. Each of them will make a recommendation to accept/reject or modify the reviewed manuscript.
The Editors must ensure that each manuscript is reviewed for its intellectual content.
The Editor musts ensure that information regarding the manuscript is kept confidential.
DUTIES FOR AUTHORS
Authors must guarantee that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere.
Authors must guarantee that the manuscript is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
Authors must guarantee that the manuscript has been submitted with the full knowledge and approval of Institution given as the affiliation of the authors.
Authors must guarantee that they have written entirely original work.
Authors should, also, provide all data related with their manuscript.
If the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that have any unusual hazards inherent in their use, authors must clearly identify these in the manuscript.
DUTIES FOR REVIEWERS
Reviewers should be kept confidential all information regarding to reviewed manuscript.
Reviewers must ensure that authors have acknowledged all sources of date used in the research. Any kind of similarity between the manuscript and other published paper, must be immediately brought in to notice to the Editors.
Reviewers should express their views clearly with the supporting arguments.
In case, the reviewers feel that it is not possible to complete the review process on time, must inform the Editors immediately, so the manuscript could be send to any other reviewer.
Reviewers should tell the Editors if there is any conflict of interest in reviewing of the paper
